“For most of my life, I was thinking that coaching is a scam. I had some brief experiences with other coaches that reinforced this feeling for me… When KC introduced himself as a coach, I was thinking about running away. In the end, I decided – since the coaching sessions are in English, I can still learn the language even if I don’t believe in coaching. During the sessions, some of KC’s ideas started to make sense. Even if I had a lot of doubts and objections, he patiently explained everything to me. I’ve started to come into our sessions with a much more open mind. During the sessions, KC helped me solve problems that I didn’t even realise I have or can be solved with the help of a coach. I’m now more open to other people and experiences. I’m practising meditation which is helping me a lot to focus better and calm down in tough moments. I no longer fear needles, which was the case for many years – even if I knew the fear was irrational, I couldn’t handle it myself. I just thought – “that’s who I am”. Turns out it’s not true, and everything is in our mind, which with proper approach can be fixed. I don’t believe in spiritual energy and all other voodoo-like things. For me to believe in something, it needs to have some scientific foundations. KC knows that and exactly knows how to explain the techniques to me so they don’t sound mystical. He can always answer my tough questions and explain to me in detail how it works, often encouraging me to confirm the techniques with available scientific research. Working with him was a pleasure, and I’m really glad that the happy accident connected us. I’d recommend everyone to try it, especially if you don’t believe in coaching”.
